Focus groups indicated local residents favored retail services as tenants for the center such as a major grocery store, post office, family restaurants, an animal clinic and banks. All of which are conveniences that improve the quality of life.

More time for Family & Friends
• The Estates Shopping Center will be able to provide convenient shopping and the ability to get daily necessities without excessive driving.

• Residents taking advantage of local job opportunities will have shorter commutes to work and more free time for family, friends and doing other things they enjoy.

A Community Gathering Place
• The shopping center will also serve as a central place for family gatherings and year-round community activities to bring the community together and enhance the living experience at Golden Gate Estates.
